About
I shoot houses
on listing deadlines
Replace this image with a real portrait — ideally you working, not a headshot.
JC Reynolds Media is one person with a camera, a drone, and a calendar that fills up on Tuesdays.
I started shooting listings in St. Charles because agents kept telling me the same thing: the video looked fine, but it came back four days late, in the wrong aspect ratio, with a logo they'd stopped using. The film was never the hard part. The reliability was.
So the whole operation is built around a promise that's easy to check: you get a confirmed shoot window the day you ask, and the files 48 hours after I leave the property. If I can't hit that, I say so before you book instead of apologizing after.
I fly under an FAA Part 107 remote pilot certificate, carry liability insurance that brokerages will actually accept a certificate for, and I've never asked a seller to leave their house for the day.
What I carry
The kit, since
somebody always asks
Gear doesn't sell a house. But if you're comparing quotes, here's what's in the bag so you know what you're comparing against.
-
Bodies
Full-frame mirrorless, dual card slots, backed up on site before I leave
-
Glass
14–24mm for interiors, tilt-shift for exteriors so the walls stay straight
-
Air
Sub-250g and full-size drones, Part 107 certified, LAANC authorization pulled per flight
-
Light
Bi-color LED panels for dim basements, and HDR blending so windows don't blow out
